I have more than one order type in my database. One of the order types (SH) does not list any orders on Credit Hold in the Credit Manager assistant screen. My credit managers are unable to clear the Credit Hold and allow processing of the orders. I don't understand as my other order types show up on Credit Manager Assistant.

Did you ever resolve this issue? I ran into the same problem with Shippers of various order types not appearing in the Credit Managers Assistant screen. In order to resolve it, I modified the various order types' steps.
Here's what you should try:
1. Turn on Initialize Mode
2. Open the order/shipper that is on credit hold
3. Click on the Other Information tab. Make a note of the Next Step.
4. Open the Order Types screen (click OK on the warning message, if you get one)
5. Enter the Order Type in the Order Type field (i.e., SH in your example)
6. Click on the Steps tab
7. Find the step that is the Next Step from your order/shipper.
8. Check the Hold on Credit Failure checkbox.
9. Save your changes to the Order Type and close the screen.
10. Open Credit Managers Assistant and see if your order/shipper is now visible.
