Dear team,

I am new to D365fo. I have go through Google about CoC, events and event handlers. Little bit understand but NOT able to decide which approach we should use for which condition.

It would be better if some one explain me about CoC, events and event handlers with example.

Hi,

You used the category tag Microsoft Dynamics AX. I was a bit confused by your other question. It looks like your question is not about AX 2012 or previous versions but Dynamics 365. I have changed this for you.

There is a lot discussed on the internet. I wonder which articles you read and what exactly you are confused about. There is a recent video explaining some differences: Chain of Command vs Event Handler in D365 F&O | Key Differences Explained with Examples

Personally, I try to use CoC as much as possible as it is very powerful and quite easy to use. In some cases, like data events on system tables, I usually use event handlers.
