I am receiving this error in the trace logs with the above picture as pop-up when an email activity is created on the case and clicking on the "regarding" field on the email form.

I am using CRM On-Premise 2016 V 9.0.26.5.

Please can any one one help me how can I fix this problem ?

    Looks like this is the part of that log you can research more on: "Cannot use a CONTAINS or FREETEXT predicate on column 'Content' because it is not full-text indexed."
