ADCS service error 7031

We have moved to version 23.5 of Microsoft dynamics Business Central
Without any particular reason and without any particular recurrence, it happens that the ADCS service fails with the following message:
"The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Server service [PROD_ADCS] has stopped unexpectedly. This issue has occurred 1 time(s). The following corrective actions will be performed in 60000 milliseconds: Restart the service."
When this happens, all terminals go down.
What could it be?

If restarting the Instance and SQL server does not solve the problem, it is recommended to submit a SR to Microsoft to ask them to assist in investigating this specific problem.

    Thanks.
