We have App for Outlook installed on our D365 (online) instance as well as a couple of Active Queue Mailboxes so that several users can send on behalf of the related shared mailboxes, directly from the CRM. This was achieved by setting the user's email address on their D365 mailbox record to that of the shared mailbox.
We now need to give those users the ability to send on behalf of multiple queues.
Is this possible using out of the box functionality or would we need to build a process or workflow to achieve that?
