Edit Journal Template to include Vendor's Legal Name

Hi All. 
 
We have a vendor name (trading) field and a custom field to capture Vendor's Legal Name on the vendor card. 
 
We have EFT Journal that we use to process payments. It has vendor name (trading) but now users have requested to include the vendor's legal name as well. Can this be done and how? 
 
The vendor name (Trading) is Description field in the attached screenshot.

    Hello,
     
    By default, the system will validate Description field with the Vendor name.
    You will need to customize if you need to validate with the Vendor legal name.

    You need to add a custom field "Vendor's Legel Name" to the "Gen. Journal Line" table and the "Payment Journal" page, ensuring that the field is validated based on the "Account Type" and "Account No." fields.
