i have sms provider.
i want to connect it to crm 2016.
i want to send sms message to users of my organization when one entity assign to user.
This should be defined as workflow on any entity that i want, when assigned entity to other user.
Please tell me step by step what i must doing.
Is there any solution which I will import it into Crm 2016.

You can simply do this by calling third party SMS Api's. Since your requirement is send sms on assign you can create a custom workflow activity which can be called under a system workflow event being assign.
You can have the message body as input parameter , the sms api as input.
you will just have to use the httprequest and response class in your workflow code.

You have to create Custom Workflow Activity:

Inside you can use whatever custom .NET code that you need - in this particular scenario you have to call your SMS provider and send the message. Later you simply put this Custom Workflow Activity in a workflow and register this workflow on whatever logic that you want.
Of course it's impossible to tell you how to call your SMS provider - you did not provide any detail what is this provider, does it have any API or anything. But I'm assuming that if it's not some 1000 years old service, it should have an API and you will be able to find documentation for it on your provider's website. Good luck!
