I want to merge multiple records and I want to decide which one should be the master.

Posted on by 7,392 User Group Leader

Hi,

I've been looking at 'duplicaterecord' entity in CRM where I have found potential duplicates to the record. However, for a duplicaterecord record, I find the base record. But I don't find the matching record.

Both my record types are Account, In the Account_DuplicateBaseRecord and Account_DuplicateMatching, both are null. Am I looking at the correct place?

I know that baserecordid gives me the correct Account ID who has duplicates. But I'm not able to find the other records which it found duplicates for.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
