I want to know, how can show the 'create withhold tax journal' in general journals line, this picture one I get it from Internet. the picture two is show from my system.

Have you setup Withholding Tax Groups and Tax Codes?

yes, I have setup both withhold tax group and tax code ,but system don't show that function

Hmmm. You should see that option then. My SBX shows it. Try cross posting this to the F&O board and see if anyone has any further insight as to why it wouldn't show that as a choice after you've setup the groups and codes: community.dynamics.com/.../financeandoperations

This option is available in only indian localization.

What is your localization setup?

Can you show and can you show the availability in GL journal in LE other than INDIA?

Its setup for Global Withholding. And non-global is valid in multiple counties beyond India. Including the US.
