Hi,
We have a customized workflow. The approve and reject option is not appearing in the EP work list. Any idea?

From the screenshot, it looks like the workflow operation has already completed. Could you please share a screenshot of the workflow history so that we could check the same?
The workflow is not completed, i can see the approve button in Rich client.
Have you can defined the ActionWebMenuItems on the Approval outcomes for this custom workflow?
For an example, If you look at AOT > Workflow > Approvals, you can see that TSTimesheetApproval has outcomes with the ActionWebMenuItems property mentioned.
The ActionWebmenuItem is not mentioned. I will add and let you know.

I mentioned the approve web menu in the Approve outcomes, but still it is not reflecting in the work list.
Did you try refreshing the cache in AX and doing an IISRESET on the SharePoint server?

After i checked "Enable actions from the work list in Enterprise Portal" on workflow creation, it worked fine. So, we need update the web action menu item and enable the actions in workflow creation.
