It sounds like EnityPermission error. Try to set as debugging workaround global entity permissions for Invoice entity and set wel role to "Authorized Users"  - if you will be able to see the pages - go and configure more specific permissions.

Some articles to familiarize yourself  more with permissions:

    Hi Dmytro,

Didn't added entity permission on Entity list and form.

Once enable permission check box in entity form and assign entity permission to web role.

Even web admin cannot open the record from invoice list,

Have provided Account level and only read access to invoices.

'You do not have sufficient permission'

    Thank

If you can open form without entity permission enabled for entity list/form, than you data is OKay.

If you enable entity permission and everything dissapear - it means you setup them incorrectly.

As I said you can start from "Global" level entity permission, and than go to lower level step-by step.

'You do not have sufficient permission' - said that you don't setup entity permission at all, else you should see 'there are no records'.

Probably you forgot to assign proper web roles to your entity permissions for Invoice entity. (please assign it first to "Authorized users", it will cover admin as well).

To help you farther  - can you provide screenshots or detailed info about entity permissions for Invoices, and Invoice entity structure regarding Accounts (which is relationship name), is it the same as in entity permission for Account scope for Invoice. Did you checked "Read" privileges, etc.
