We have a scenario where Vendors are shared across entites

Can we give access to Vendor portal for Vendor for Multiple entites with same user name ?

example ::

SUP000006 user id :: vendcollabtest outlook.com

should have access to legalentity 1 , legal enitty 2 , legal entity 3

Need to know the setup TIA

Hi Saurabh, I haven't done it but I think its possible. Check this article to setup and try your scenario in Dev or Test environment.

Yes

Once you have the same vendor across the entities

you will add that same contact for the said vendor, then activate vendor collaboration access allowed.

when you send confirmation to the vendor, the external user can see which entities is sending confirmation or can manually change entities
