Duplicate Payment Journals created on Post Statement

Hello Champs,

I am facing an issue with Posted Statement, When I post the statement system automatically creates 2 Payment Journals with the same values, and accounts and both are posted.

This issue happened only on 1 store and on the same date. Never happened this thing before or after this records.

Now, what's the Solution? How can I delete this Posted Journal?

    Hi Umair,

    A posted journal can't be deleted via the user interface. You would need someone to check the impact and who can write some x++ logic to solve your issue. Was only a duplicate journal created or are there also duplicate ledger transactions for the payments?

    Ledger Transactions as also duplicated. 

    Any Senior Technical here who can guide me from which tables i need to delete this duplicate journal with its references  ?

    Hi Umair,

    It is not allowed to delete ledger transitions. You would need reversing entries for them. You should have someone knowledgeable available to analyze the details in your environment and suggest the best way to go forward. If you don't have the knowledge in-house, you can consider hiring someone.
