Last week, our Microsoft Dynamics CRM got updated automatically to Version 1612 (8.2.1.176) (DB 8.2.1.176).
This update broke an existing functionality - a parent-child relationship we have between Account and Parent Account(i.e. sub-accounts of one account). Now, every time I try to go to the sub-accounts of one account, I receive 'Object reference not set to an instance' error, which obviously comes from the CRM code. Any ideas on how to proceed?

Unfortunately, it's not that simple. Private mode or other browser - the problem persists.

this seems to be a client-side issue, and they often have the same simple fix.. Try to open your browser in private mode and see if there is still an error. Maybe all you need is to clear the cache, then.
