I have query,
i want to remove older outlook addin for crm having version 8.0.000.1088.
I want to install outlook addin for CRM 365 having version 8.2.0002.0137
can anyone help me in resolving this.
also need url to download the latest version of the outlook addin which is compatible with Dynamics 365 online crm having version 8.2 onwards.
I want to do this because outlook addin 8.0.000.1088 is not working correctly in outlook 2016.
whenever i set using file->options->addin-> Microsoft Dynamics 365 click OK.
it shows CRM button on ribbon , but when i restart outlook it gets disappear.
