Thanks for this solution. In CRM 2015 I don't see any personal views when navigating through Customize the System, so this was really helpful.
Hi,
Other way to edit your personal view is the following:
1. In the Navigation Pane, click Settings,
2. Under Customization, click Customizations,
3. In the Customization area, click Customize the System,
4. Under Components, expand Entities, and then expand the entity you want
5. Click Views,
6. Double-Click on the View.
7. To add a column, in the common tasks area for Quick Find Views, click Add View Columns, or for types of views, click Add Columns.
8. Select the check boxes for the columns you want to add, and then click OK.
In addition, you can change the width of the column, remove column and enable online presence for instant messaging too.

Hi there!
You just open the view in Advanced Find--to do this, click Advanced Find on the ribbon while looking at the View OR open Advanced Find and click Saved Views on the Ribbon.
Then, once you have the View open, click Edit Columns on the ribbon.
