CRM Consultant Evaluation - RFI/RFP

I need to find the best CRM consultant to help consolidate 3 different CRM systems, and I've been asked to write an RFI/RFP in order to evaluate our options.

Has anyone gone through this process before? Any insight or suggestions would be appreciated. Are there any templates available specific to this type of RFI/RFP?

    Hi Liz,

My company helps clients evaluate CRM solutions.  We have a process that begins with creating a prioritized list of ranked requirements based on business objectives, existing deployments, and departmental / end user needs.  If you need some help in phasing out the project, defining requirements, or comparing solutions let me know.

    Thanks,

    Hi there!

A couple folks from PowerObjects wrote a book on questions to ask when implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM.  I'd be happy to send you a copy if you want to private message me.

    My recommendation:

    1. Describe existing environment.

    2. Describe what success looks like.

    3. Identify time frame requirements.

    4. Identify internal resources you will provide to the project.

Post on various Linkedin CRM Groups.

Ask CRM pros to tell how they will get you from item 1 to item 2 within the constraints of item 3 and 4.
