I would like to know the purpose in layman terminology for the below terms
1. Invoice Journal
2. Payment Journal
3. Payment Proposal

In a nutshell:
- Invoice journal: This is a journal for recording vendor invoices
- Payment journal: This is a journal that is used for paying the recorded vendor invoices
- A payment proposal is created in a payment journal. It is a process that filters all due invoices that need to be paid.
