Wondering if there is a way to add "tagging" to notes on Dynamics 365. We have posts enabled, but the text field is limited and unable to add attachments.

Any ideas on a way to tag posts or expand posts to include attachments would be greatly appreciated.

You won't be able to do this using Out of the box features but I don't see why you can't actually use Note itself to do what you want, with new Unified Interface Timeline, the note is also part of the entire timeline of activities related to the record. Definitely, its worth having a look.

Are there any alternatives to the out of the box features? To my knowledge, notes does not allow tagging in the same way as posts using the "@" sign to link records regardless of heiarchy. For example, notes in opportunities flow through to related accounts but not necessarily the other way around. Would be nice to have the option to tag either way.
