please any one know what this error and hoe can fix it

We are a small company and we are planning to use Dynamics 365 Field Service for Transportation services.
My question is that how should we license our mobile app users? Do they need full Dynamics 365 Field Service license or is there any other way to license it?

no need to license for use the app application. just installed and sign in with the same user details.

If this is a SaaS environment, you can raise a support request with Microsoft technical support for online assistance. It does typically mean that the system cannot reach the url that it is trying to connect to. From the Excel Add-In you can reload or re-authenticate yourself after logging out first.
Hope it does help.
remove and re-install the excel addin, then try again.
