We have specific two scenarios.
1. One contact can have multiple membership. Each member ship record will have unique Id. Now we need to send customer email/ text on regular intervals if any of its membership become unpaid.
Is it possible to add/ remove contact in dynamic segment based on this many to many relationship?
2. Contact will have only one membership and we need to send communications if that membership becomes unpaid. First notification in X days, another in X days. After couple of communication, membership will be terminated.
It can be triggered based on dynamic segment, however in between if customer pay membership before the customer journey completion , will it still send communications?
For example - customer get first notification in 2 days, then customer journey is on wait condition for next 3 days prior to send next reminder. However customer pays in between. I believe it will be removed from dynamic segment list but whether contact still get second communication ?
