Can't log into Store operations Manager

This week I tried loggin to back office of store operation manager and there appears to  be no response to coming on, so as a result I am unable to receive goods or change prices. Do you have a solution to the above or how can I resolve?

    If you click on the Store Operations Icon and nothing came up to sign into, then you have what we call a ghost start.  Follow these instructions:  Right click on your Task Bar at the bottom of your screen and left click on Task Manager.  When Task Manager comes up go to the Tab on top that says Processes and left click on the Name column to sort the Processing Programs.  Scroll down until you see Store Operation Manager and then right click on it and click on End Process.  This will stop the program from running in the back ground.  Wait for about 10 seconds and then Double click on the Store Operation Icon and wait for the program to launch.  We find that if someone triple clicks on the Icon or is not patient enough and keep click on the Icon it will cause a ghost start.

    I did not get that far to entering User name and Password, After clicking the B/Office Icon, nothings happens, having said that I can click on the Admin Icon and connect otherwise nothing. So I 'm left to guessing how do I update my product database?

    Need a little more information on this issue.  So as I understand your message you opened up RMS Manager and logged in and then nothing showed up after entering your user name and password.
