Integration Manager - Error - Checkbook ID does not exist

Hi -

I'm in the process of running a Bank transactions upload file and once I tried to do so I received an error msg - "DOC 1 ERROR: Checkbook OPERATING, CI15 does not exist". any suggestions on what I should do to correct this issue?

    This option is used when IM is integrating information which is being mapped from this folder. So if you are mapping anything on the Adjustments folder and under options it is set to Use Default it is going to override your mapping and bring in nothing.

    In the Samples example you should have three source files: Header, Detail and Adjustments. Try using that type of configuration and reviewing how the sample integration is setup.

    Rule - Use Source Recordset

    Source - Header

    I checked some of the other integrations and they were set to Line as the source.  Could this be the issue?  I'm not sure I know what this does.

    In the future please make sure your response is detailed Theresa otherwise other people can only assume what you have done.

    Can you check the following option for me:

    In the Mapping go to the Adjustments folder and then click on the Options tab on the right side. What is set here?

    of course I did.  as indicated above, my user gets this message and when i remove one transaction from the file with this checkbook ID, the integration works.  I then integrated the remaining file without any issues.  This happens every month.

    Theresa have you verified your checkbook actually exists in GP?

    Did you ever get an answer?  I'm getting the same error message for one of my users and then when I create a file with only 1 trx it works and then the remaining file integrated.  This is occurring every month for my user.

    Does the Checkbook ID in fact exist in Dynamics GP?
