How do I activate the cue "Create incoming document from camera"

On the Microsoft help page on creating incoming documents https://community.dynamics.com/nav/b/dynamicsnavcloudfronts/archive/2016/11/14/implementing-ocr-services-in-nav-2017 its described how you can use the camera on the mobile app to create an incoming document. But I cannot find this cue and activate it on any profiles. How to I activate this cue ?

    I got it now - but only after changing to the role "Small company"

    And check that ClientExtensions add-in is installed.

    The screen shots are from the app that I downloaded and installed on my PC from Windows Store (NAV 2017).

    Check if the camera works fine on the device. Restart the app if needed.

    We have connected but do not get any button for the incoming document in the mobile app. Can you send me screenshot of yours ? I wonder if it could be missing on the DK nationalisation version of NAV that we are running ?

    You just need to connect to NAV from the mobile app and you'll see the button automatically.
