Wondering if someone could help or has seen this issue before.
We have two tenants (Azure AD and Azure Hybrid). We have ADFS setup from the Hybrid to the other tenant for Single Sign On to our Dynamics 365 CRM platform, everything works fine with SSO if you are not using Windows Hello, however when you do use a PIN or Biometrics to log into windows and then open Edge browser and navigate to the Dynamics CRM site, use SSO we then we get the /An Error occurred/ warning.
This feels like the Windows Hello For business token is not accessible or is invalid. If you lock your screen and choose Password (Non Windows Hello) log in and then refresh the Edge site page it works fine again.
Any ideas?
