Hi,

Can anyone suggest a way to add campaign and marketing list entity to APP? I added to the APP's site map but these two entities are not shown when the APP is loaded.

Please note that we are using On-Premise version, any suggestions?

Thanks

    Hi Partner,

Dynamics 365 for Marketing only has online version.

It seems that what you describe is marketing module in Customer Engagement instead of Dynamics 365 for Marketing application.

Are you using Dynamics 365 for Marketing application?

    Regards,

Yes we are using Customer Engagement. I am not able to add the OOB entity named "Campaign" which is shown up in the classic mode, to the APP.

    Hi Partner,

    1. Could you share how did you add item in sitemap?

    2. Have you enabled "Enable for mobile" and "Enable for phone express" options to Campaign entity?

    3. Try to log out and sign in again to test whether Campaign could display in sitemap.

    4. If above steps not work, try to add URL item which navigates user to campaign view manually.

    Thanks.

Have you enabled Campaign entity to be available in your application in sitemap editor?

    Hi Partner,

I tested in OP 9.0 and reproduced your issue.

It seems that some entities are limitted to display in UCI in OP deployment even if I have tried to create a new UCI app and add Campaign entity.

You could try to install sales hub application for your op environment to test whether it could support more entities in UCI.(not sure)

Please refer this thread if you would like to install sales hub application:

    https://community.dynamics.com/365/f/dynamics-365-general-forum/320051/how-to-install-the-sales-hub-in-the-on-premise-deployment-version-9-0

In conclusion, currently UCI is not fully supported for OP version, you may need to stay on classic UI to work for full features.

    Clofly
