Register any output, from production journal or from output journal. You don't need to finish it at all. By the way...which version are you using?

    Good luck!

    Hi Miguel,

First of all, thanks for your advice.

Actually it is NAV version 5.0. I'll try and find out your method.

You cannot change status of PO to finished if you have not any output entry. If you post reversed entries, I suppose, your output is 0. Register any output on this PO. I suggest to post 0,001 as output and change status to finished. After that, you can post Negative Adjmt. for thus item using Item Journal.

Once again, you cannot change status of PO to finished if you have not positive output entries.

    Hi Aleksandar,

Can I ask you another question? If both Consumption & Output was reversed to Zero, will system allow to change status to Finished?

    Best Regards,

    Shin

No, system doesn't allow this. You have to have ate least one entry for output. Consumption isn't important.
