I would like to ask you how I can use periodic inventory vs. perpetual inventory methods in business central.

    Hi,

    As explain by yzhums 

    In Business Central there is no clear concept about periodic inventory vs. perpetual inventory methods.

    But as explain it's works base on Costing Method which can define on Item Card. And Cost Calculation of Transaction.

    Hi, as far as I know, these two concepts are not clearly defined in BC.

    You can define costing method on the item card.

    And define the point in time for cost calculation in Inventory Setup.
