Skip To Response Routing in VOTC - a question on intended behaviour

Hi All,

When using the Response Routing Skip To feature and skipping to a page, it seems that the page being skipped to loses it's 'Previous' button, meaning that after the skip it's not possible to go back. Looking through the documentation i can't figure out if this default behavior or if it can it be changed somehow.

Can it be changed? It's not clear to me why skipping kills the ability to go back.

Help appreciated!

I don't think there is any supported way of handling previous and submit buttons.

I've read that article and it doesn't seem to contain the answer to my question.

So is the removal of the 'previous' button an intended automatic thing following the skip to page logic? Can it be over-ridden?

    Hi,

Never faced this but the Next and Previous buttons are handled automatically, you don't need to do any extra configuration for this, voice of the customer should handle this automatically based on the next and previous page.
