When deleting a Record in CRM, the Document location for that record should be deleted as well.
I want to do it DYNAMICALLY via Power Automate,
Upon record deleting, i need to "dive" in sub-folders if necessary till i find the Absolute URL, then put it in a string variable
then take all the past relative URL's (those are location types) and add them to the variable that contains the Absolute URL
and then delete that folder
but im not sure how
here's where im stuck at:
in here it deletes the whole Contacts directory, not just the specific contact folder in sharepoint
how do i Dive into sub folders and delete the specific folder thas named as the Relative URL field in CRM's record document location?
Hi,
Please try to replace the "value" into "body" in the "Apply to each" step.
And Yes i tried putting the "Relative URL" function in the field "limit entries to folder" but it just returns empty and be as "contacts/" ...
