Problem when using SSO Logon for the Dynamics 365 extension on Outlook

Hello everyone, I'm having problems when trying to login in the Dynamics extension on Outlook. After clicking in the icon for the extension, I cancel the first login (to open the SSO login window), but it doesn't open anything, it just gives me a generic error message. Any thoughts on this? Thank you for your help.
