Does anyone know how to make "Item is available on the website" box uncheck automatically when quantity reaches zero.
When we add items to the database we check this box under the Options tab on the Item Properties but I want it to uncheck automatically when we sell the last one. This will keep my website more accurate.
Note we do not want this function to happen on all items in our database. Some items we re-order and want to remain available on the site.

Why doesn't your website or its linkage check for qty on hand and if 0, don't list it on the website or say "Unavailable"
Why keep flipping switches?
