Currently, we are using Compass as our POS. We've been trying to move over to Shopify to save money and to create a web store. Our problem is that we still want to keep up with inventory in GP as well as payment information, so we need something that talks between Shopify and GP. We were going to use nChannel, which would be a perfect solution, however, after 3 months of them not delivering on a product, an increase from the quote, and poor customer service in general, it's just not going as planned.
Does anyone have any other solution ideas? I've looked at Integration Manager, but all I can see is how to enter the sales into the sales transaction entry screen. It looks like we'd still have to go in an manually add the payment method. It doesn't have to be a real time solution. Just something that will help us not have to enter sales manually into GP.
