Is it possible to put Delete Record method after closed the window?
Example: If I click the Close button below, all records should be deleted

If I clicked the Close button; I would expect all record from table is cleared.
Hi, Close button will close the Table browser without making any changes to the table records. If you want to remove the records click on File -> Delete Record.

I am afraid you cannot acheive it and you certainly should not try doing it. You can surely delete all the records by selecting all as you did in above picture and press Alt+F9 or Ctrl + F9. I am mixing both it is one of the two.
This is doable but does not make much sense.
In end, the table browser is a form of AX, backed by a class which makes fields/columns on runtime. You can play with that class/form. But you should think before doing so, because this is a common form/class used to view data of any table in ax. Be careful :)
