Make Marketing email address dynamic

Hi, does anyone know if I can reference a field from a related system user (Owner's email address and Name) to the contact as the Sender name and address - the designer does not show these relationships? Thanks,

I've tried {{contact.new_originator.fullname}} where new_originator is a lookup to a system user but it gives the error 

From: Dynamic content includes an entity linked to two properties rather than one (the value after the second period probably doesn't belong): {{contact.new_originator.fullname}}.

And it won't save because of this error

    Hi @jmachale ,

    You need to sync the User entity first. Marketing App > Settings > User > Publish > give it some time to sync.

    Then look for the relationship again. I reckon it will auto-magically show up.

    Hi DD thanks so much for the fast reply and help! I tried your suggestion about an hour ago but it still has not showed up.

    Have you updated you marketing app recently? On your screenshot, it still looks like the old version, in the new one Contextual has changed to Dynamics Content.

    I did the same! I was convinced I was fully updated and then..realised I wasn't.

    I guess I have more work to do also - it seems I have to create a full journey to test it

    That's an easy one, all you need is 

    1. create a very basic customer journey (segment and and email)

    2. make sure the email addresses on the referenced entity (owner email addresses ) are populated with valid addresses. I don't think it's anything do with permissions, just data quality issues.  

    Alternatively, you can try a test send from the email screen, rather than a quick send, if it's just for testing.
