According to MS guidelines OData is deprecated. So, we need to use API for data operation. I have a plugin which uses SDKData for SDK Metadata. I use this to perform operation like get entity list, field list, view etc. The SDKData.js I use that uses OData to perform operation.
1- Is there SDKData.js available with API operation?
2- If MS stop OData, will this SDKData.js work?
Please guide me.

The methods that you are using should still work in v9 of Dynamics CRM Online without requiring changes.
A deprecated feature means that it will be removed in a future release, but has not yet been removed.
At the point in time when you move from your current version to v9, you might consider using the Out of the Box WebApi that is part of Dynamics 365 (introduced in v9).
If you want to make changes to your code at this point in time, you can use the Web Api library mentioned below, but in general as Microsoft provides features out of the box, some of these tools are no longer required for the newer versions.
