Is there a way to send emails from another user when creating an Email Activity?

    Regarding your request to send an email from another user when creating an email campaign is supported, according to the official Microsoft documentation, the following steps are required if you want to send an email from a specific user when creating an email campaign.
     
    According to the official Microsoft documentation, the following steps are required if you want to send an email from another user when creating an email campaign.
     
    Step 1: The administrator should verify that the user's role in Dynamics 365 includes the permission to send emails as another user.
    Step 2, the other user who is set as the email sender needs to select the Allow other Microsoft Dynamics CRM users to send emails in your name checkbox in their personal options.
    Step3, user sending the email needs to have read access to the queue. Note that this requirement only applies to the Send on Behalf permission for the queue.

    Our team's testing process is as follows
     
    Settings > Advanced settings > Settings > Security > Security Roles > select a role > Business Management tab > Miscellaneous Privileges)

     
    Settings > Personalization Settings > Email

     
    Send Email
