Hello Experts,

We are getting the blank alert in all the pages of D365. Alert pops up randomly in the Main page and as well as on the forms but there are no java scripts written with alerts in it.

    Hi Vladimir,

Thank you for the clue, there was a Managed solution installed with Ribbon customization in it which was causing the problem. After deleting the solution there is no alert popping up.

    Hi Pedro,

    Thank you for the reply!!..

Yes, alert comes for all the users and we tried in IE as well but faced the same issue. I am not seeing any such extension and this used to work fine but suddenly this issue started.

    Any ideas?

    Regards

    Hi Vladimir,

    Thank you for the reply!!.

Yes, we have scripts in Application Ribbon but there is no alert function written and I cross checked by deleting the button from ribbon but no luck.

    Hi Winston,

Is this happening for all users?

Have you tried on different browsers? I noticed you are using Chrome, so verify that you do not have any extensions that block pages: disabled them and try again.

Try with Internet Explorer as well to verify if you get the same messages.

    Cheers!

    Hi Winston!

It seems like there could be scripts in Application Ribbons or Entity Ribbons (you can use Ribbon Workbench to check this out).

    Hope it helps
