RMS Runtime Error '713' when clicking SO Administrator

Hi guys, Help, this is the first time I've encountered this error, it says: Run-time error '713': Class is not registered. You need the following file to be installed on your machine. MSSTDFMT.DLL Can somebody advise what causes this problem? I did a fresh install of SQL 2005 and RMS SO. Thank you.

    You need a copy of MSSTDFMT.DLL.  

    Copy this to c:\windows\system32  or for 64bit machines to c:\windows\syswow64

    then register the dll file with the system.  do this by using regsvr32.dll

    it has a download link for a tool that has the file you need.  it also walks you through my instructions above.

    Hi Gene, I was wondering if you found a resolution to the problem. I looked at the ones offered here, but don't seem to work for me. Thanks for any update.
