Audit log tab not visible

I have enabled audit logging on entity level and under system administration, but Audit Log is not visible on "related"-tab. Any suggestions?

    What do you mean 'Related' tab? Audit log can be seen in option and record info then database log.

    Looks like you are not able to see Audit History tab in related section.

    Easiest approach would be to open the form and switch to classic.

    Double click on Common section and drag-drop the audit history from right pane to common section. (Please note, until you highlight the common section, you wont find audit history and only fields would be visible.
