Suggest another product on CPOS

Hi Experts,

During testing there is a function that i dont know where to set it up.

Item: 81325, System will suggest that i could buy a battery with this product.

Also buy a warranty

But when i check the setting for this item:

1. There is no up-sell/ cross-sell for this item

2. This item is not serial item so it is not belong to the warranty function

=> How can i replicate the setting for Item: 81325 to have the exact steps as demo data?
