We want to grant someone access to create new Business central environments in the Business Central Admin center. What Admin role/permissions do they need for that? I looked in the Microsoft 365 Admin Roles and didn't see a D365 Business Central admin role.
Thanks.
You need to be either global admin or Dynamics 365 admin in order to do that. So i guess the role you should look for is Dynamics 365 admin.
OK. I'm used to using that role to manage D365 CE in the Power Platform admin center. I didn't realize it also extended to the Dynamics 365 Business Central admin center. It's interesting that Microsoft hasn't segregated the various D365 admin center roles (a BC admin isn't necessarily a CE admin).
Anyway... Thanks for the quick response. I really appreciate it.
