I have a user with the problem as follows:
For the first time in the day using IM, the database cannot be found in the integration menu. Then he goes to options > tools to pick another database that it does see. Restart IM. Go back into the tools and select the correct database, then restart IM again. After that it works for the rest of the day.
Any ideas?

Whoever had installed IM on the system before me either didn't run everything as administrator, or didn't set the proper executable in the IM folder to run as administrator which that shortcut links to. I went in and configured all three executables in the IM folder to run as administrator and it now works.
I agree with Victoria. It sounds like the drive/path is not loaded.
Is the IM database local on the computer? If it's on the network, it sounds like there is an issue finding/connecting to the appropriate file. If your integrations do not change too often, consider putting a copy locally on the computer and pointing to that.
