New theme does not work for one single user ... me !

Hello,

I am a CRM administrator and customizer for my organization. I recently edited the theme to insert company logo and corporate colors.

Everything worked fine will the users but me. I am still stuck with the Dynamics CRM navy blue theme.

I could not see the preview before applying it but it worked. Any clue to resolve this issue ?

    Hi,

    Which CRM version are you using and which is the latest rollup installed ? , Please refer the below link and check whether you are doing write steps for that.

    Not sure if you found your answer, but we ran into the same issue and were able to resolve. Sharing the solution in case anyone else finds your post.

    Logged in as the user that cannot see the theme, go to personal options, and unselect the option for 'Enable high contrast' hit OK and theme should show. Apparently this options overrides the theme.
