Quick Find View only search by name (Mobile)

Within my appointments, I am trying to search for my account through two atributes (Name and CNPJ). The search is working as expected on the client browser, however when I access it through the mobile app I can only search by name, not by CNPJ. I have added the field to the quick find view, but to no avail. By the way, I have configured a trial environment with the same configuration and it works fine.
Could you please help me with this? Is it a common issue?
Im using the Microsoft Dynamics 2016 (on-premises).

    Hello,
