We are facing below error while creating new server instance for BC22

Message: A server was not found at /http://localhost:7085/BC220JF/Service/. Either the URL is incorrect or the server is currently not available.

A server was not found at /http://localhost:7085/BC220JF/Service/. Either the URL is incorrect or the server is currently not available.
The server returned status code '404' when status code '101' was expected.
