Print more than one PO at once!

Hello all thanks for looking at my question.

Right now we have these 2 huge filing cabinets full of purchase orders from 3 years ago. Since in our system you can't print an unapproved PO, we know they were all approved. If we could save them to PDF, we could recycle it all and get rid of the filing cabinets.

Since there are about 10,000 PO's printing them to PDF one by one is not practical. Is there a way to bulk print Purchase Orders in GP?  Even to put them all in one PDF file would be great. Right now we are using GP 10

thanks in advance for any help you can offer.

Thank you all, I can't believe I missed that option. I was looking in the inquiry screen the whole time. That's exactly what I needed.

Transactions->Purchasing->Print Purchasing Documents will allow you to print a range of PO's. Just send them off to your PDF driver late one afternoon and in the morning they will all be done.

Use the Print Purchasing Documents function. Ranges of PO documents can be selected as well as other filters.

You might want to consult our book Understanding Purchase Order Processing for more information on the features embedded in this module.
