Hello

Is there a report or a way i can set up audit trail in F&O to show who submitted and approved the GL workflow? Thanks similar to what is on the Gl history tab?

There is no specific report but you can add field Created by and Approved by on General journal page.

GL > Journals > General Journal > Right click > Insert column

Hi,

In the common and/or organ.admin module you can inquire into the workflow history.

As workflows can have multiple steps and various levels of approvals you might not be able to insert a single and 'simple' field into your journal.

Please check out the workflow history to identify details about the submission, approvals, escalations, etc.
