Reuse Excel dynamic Worksheet from old environment

Hi all,

We want to reuse a excel dynamic worksheet from an on-prem environment to an on-line environment as we are moving from on-prem to on-line. 

As we have a bunch of dynamic worksheets where we have custom calculations and formulas in those we need to be able to reconnect those to the new on-line environment as it will be a lot of work to recreate these.

does anyone have any idea if this is possible in anyway?

    Hello, thanks for reaching out.

    I have not done this before, but it is my best guess. In your new online environment export a dynamic spreadsheet. Then in the new excel file, under data, you should be able to get to the data connection string it has created. Then open your old dynamic spreadsheet and update that data connection string with the one from online. It might work. You would need to make sure the format of the columns and data is the same as the old dynamic spreadsheet when exporting the new one.
