Customer wants an "expensive" item which is purchased directly to the sales order. Is it possible automatically to have unit price on sales order as the same as the unit Price on the purchase order, possibly with a markup, so e.g. sales price is 0% or 30% higher than the purchase price?

Hi Daxer,
Can you tell about the scenario where this is required? There is an option in the project module to have sales prices based on the actual cost including a markup. Depending on the full requirements, you can use it or need to go for a customization in the area of sales orders.
if this is one off requirement then I assume the SO gets raised before the PO and at that time the purchase price may not be known?
This implies the PO is to be marked to the SO and that no on hand stock will ever be used?
There was post on this topic a few years back that might give you some insights even if it does not solve the problem. https://dynamicsuser.net/ax/f/users/62013/how-to-calculate-sales-price-from-purchase-price
